CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY: i understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non-transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules an appointment more than once. LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Being late by any amount of minutes may mean forfeiting part of your service. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. The client will be charged for the last minute cancellation. CLIENT PROTECTION POLICY: Jordan values your time and feels it is fair to honor the same policies she hold her clients to. Should we have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 48 hours notice we will honor 10% off of your next identical service and all attempts to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner will be made. REFUND POLICY: jordan prides herself on exceptional quality of work. She will do her best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the her within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made.
